Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [registered address] ("FlyClick", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using FlyClick you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FlyClick.

1. Who can use FlyClick

You must be 18 or older. We may ask you to prove your age, and we close accounts of anyone under 18.
One person, one account. Your account is personal: don't share it, sell it or let others use it.
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

2. The community rules

You must follow our Community Guidelines. In short: no nudity or sexual content, no harassment or hate, no scams or requests for money, nothing involving minors, no violence or threats, no spam, and respect people's privacy. We can remove content, stop features, freeze earnings, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

3. Your content

You own what you post (messages, clips, live streams, profile details).
You give FlyClick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, translate, display and share your content inside FlyClick, so the service can work. This ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons (for example, reported content).
Only post content you have the right to share. Don't record, screenshot or share other people's calls, lives or private messages without their permission.

4. Translation

FlyClick translates messages, captions, comments and call subtitles automatically. Machine translation can be wrong or miss meaning. Don't rely on it for anything important, and be kind when something seems unclear.

5. Private rooms

Private rooms are end-to-end encrypted: FlyClick cannot read those messages. If you report someone from a private room, your app sends us the recent messages you saw, so we can review the report.

6. Coins, gifts and paid features

Coins are a virtual item you can buy in the app and spend on FlyClick features and gifts (for example the match filter, country flights, video and private calls, private rooms, gifts, and "who viewed my profile"). Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Coins have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and are only a licence to use features inside FlyClick.
Purchases are handled by the app store or payment provider you use, under their terms. Refunds follow their rules and the law where you live; otherwise coins are non-refundable once bought.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, we may remove the coins it bought and any diamonds that were earned from them.
Your plan (Regular, Plus or Pro) sets your daily match limit and the prices of filters, country flights, video calls and private rooms. The app always shows your current prices and limits before you pay. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
A ticket for a ticket show lets you watch that one show. Tickets aren't refunded if you leave early, but may be if the host ends the show early or it isn't what was described.
Bonus and welcome coins are a free promotion: they have no cash value, can't be refunded, and are taken back if the purchase they came with is refunded. We may change or end promotions at any time.
Unused coins may be lost if your account is closed for breaking these terms.

7. Earning as a creator

Creators can earn diamonds from gifts, calls, private rooms and fan subscriptions, and cash them out under the Creator Terms. Earnings are never guaranteed.

8. Safety tools and our role

You can report and block anyone, and hosts can remove people from their lives. We review reports and act on them, but we can't watch every chat or call, and we're not responsible for how other users behave. Meet people safely: never send money to people you meet on FlyClick, and be careful about meeting in person.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Me → Delete my account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect other people. If you think we got it wrong, contact us (see below).

10. Disclaimers and liability

FlyClick is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that every user is who they say they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using FlyClick after that, you accept the new terms.
