Creator Terms

Draft for legal review. These add to the Terms of Service for anyone who earns on FlyClick. Check tax, payout and consumer rules for each country before publishing.

We don't promise income. What you earn depends on how many people call, gift and subscribe to you. Plan fees are only worth it if you're active.

1. How earning works

When people spend coins on you (gifts in lives, chats and calls; paid video and private calls; private rooms you accept), you earn diamonds. 1 💎 is worth about $0.0045. Fan subscribers pay monthly; after the app-store fee you keep 40% on Regular, 60% on Plus or 70% on Pro.

Only coins people paid for earn diamonds. Free coins (the welcome gift for new users and bonus coins on coin packs) can be spent on you, but don't earn anything; people's free coins are always used before their bought ones. This stops fake accounts being used to make money from free coins. If a purchase is refunded or charged back after its coins were spent on you, the diamonds they earned are taken back automatically, even if that takes your balance below zero until you earn more.

Unlock with earnings: instead of paying upfront, your plan starts at once and its fees are taken from what you earn until they're paid.
Monthly fees renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Me page; you go back to Regular.
If you cancel within 7 days of joining and haven't earned anything since, the joining fee is refunded.
We may change prices or shares with at least 30 days' notice in the app. Changes don't affect diamonds you've already earned.

3. Getting paid

Before you can cash out you must pass an 18+ ID check with our verification partner.
New earnings are held for your plan's hold period to protect against refunds and fraud. After that they become available, and you can cash out once you reach the minimum.
Payouts are sent through [payout provider, e.g. Payoneer] to an account in your own name. Provider fees may apply.
Taxes are your responsibility. You may need to give us tax information; we may report earnings to tax authorities where the law requires.
You're an independent creator, not an employee or agent of FlyClick.

4. Fan subscriptions (any plan)

Any creator can offer fan subscriptions once they've passed the 18+ ID check and reached their plan's follower goal (Regular 100, Plus 50, Pro right away). If you change plans, renewals after that use your new plan's share.
You set the monthly price from the options in the app. Subscribers get your subscriber-only clips and lives and a ⭐ Fan badge.
Subscriber content follows the same Community Guidelines as everything else: no nudity or sexual content, ever. Subscriber content isn't encrypted, so it can be reviewed.
Don't promise subscribers anything you can't deliver, and never ask them for money or contact outside FlyClick.

4b. Ticket shows (Plus and Pro)

You choose a ticket price (10 to 10,000 coins) when you go live. Viewers pay once and can leave and come back during that show. You earn your plan's share of each ticket.
Describe the show honestly in its title and deliver it. If you end a show soon after selling tickets, or it isn't what the title said, we may refund the tickets and take back those diamonds.
Ticket shows follow the same Community Guidelines: no nudity or sexual content. They can be reported and reviewed like any live.

5. What's not allowed

Gifting or calling yourself, using fake or multiple accounts, or asking friends to send coins back and forth to create earnings.
Offering sexual content or services, or anything illegal, for gifts, calls or subscriptions.
Pressuring, tricking or begging people to spend coins, or moving payments outside FlyClick.

If we find these, or if a payment behind your earnings is refunded or charged back, we may remove those diamonds, freeze your earnings while we investigate, end your plan without refund, and close your account. Earnings from fraud or rule-breaking aren't paid out.
